Autoruns shows you what programs are configured to run during system bootup or login

Autoruns – a program to control the automatic download of various applications, services and components that start when the OS boots.
The program checks Autoload, Run, RunOnce and other sections and registry keys. If desired, Autoruns can be configured to monitor other locations, including Explorer modules, control panels, BHO (Browser Helper Objects), Winlogon notifications, automatically started services, services, and many others.
Using Autoruns, you can not only control the autorun application, but also disable the startup of any of them. To do this, just remove the appropriate checkmark.

In addition to configuring the system, Autoruns can monitor malicious programs that typically register their keys in the Autorun registry section of the operating system.
